Booking Terms & Conditions
For All Reservations
- No minimum stay
- Full payment is require at the time of reservation
- Receipt will be sent to your automatically after your payment. Please print it out and bring it along with your passport upon check-in.
Included With Every Room
- Daily buffet breakfast
- Daily room cleaning (house-keeping)
- 24 hour reception service
- Transfer to and from the pier on arrival and departure
- Private en-suite bathroom
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT TIME
- CHECK IN TIME is 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check out up to 2 PM subject to room availability and Boat schedule at the MAE HAAD PIER.
- LATE CHECK OUT or day use has extra charges of 50% of the rate for each room occupied until 18.00hrs. A full night rate will be applied for use of the room after 18.00 hrs.
- EARLY CHECK OUT is Non-Refundable for Peak Season , 50% charge of last day occupied for High Season.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW CHARGE / NON – ARRIVAL
1. Peak Season (15Dec-30Apr, 1Jul-15Sep) : 100% charge (Non-Refundable)
2. High Season (1 May - 30Jun) :
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival date - Charge 1st night Stay
- Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival date - 100% charge
3. Low Season (16 Sep – 14 Dec) :
- Cancellation 21 days before arrival date - Charge 1st night Stay
- Cancellation after 21 days prior to arrival date - 50% charge
Reservation Remarks
- Check in time 13:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am (fitting in with the Koh Tao ferry schedule)
- Late check out up to 2pm, subject to availability and boat schedule at Mae Haad Pier
Child Policy
- Baby Cot for children under 2 years of age is provided free of charge
There is no additional charge for a maximum of 2 children under 7 years old sharing the same room with adult(s) utilizing existing beds (No breakfast)
Extra bed(s) will be charged at 500 baht, per person, per night inclusive of breakfast
Lost and Found Policy
SIMPLE LIFE RESORT will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after departure if they have left any belongings on the premises. We will ship items back at owner's expense. If we are unable to reach the guest(s), the items will be placed in our Lost & Found. Any items that remain in the Lost & Found will be donated to charity or discarded after 60 days
